Montréal, April 8, 2019 – Valital Technologies Inc. (Valital) and the Institute for data valorization (IVADO) are proud to announce a partnership agreement to foster innovation in managing tomorrow’s talent through technologies driven by artificial intelligence (AI).
Valital aims to facilitate trust-based business relationships through the responsible use of advanced technologies. In this regard, Valital will soon be launching an AI-based online solution for businesses to accelerate the integration of contingent talent while mitigating certain business risks. The solution is built on the principles of objectivity and transparency and provides real time data. Through advanced AI technologies, it is now possible to improve the hiring process for increasingly mobile and selective workers who are more visible and transparent online.
The collaborative projects will therefore foster exchanges between the university researchers who contribute to IVADO and Valital’s R&D team. They will refine and propel innovative applications to meet the market’s evolving needs. This partnership between a start-up that places innovation at the core of its strategy and an internationally recognized scientific and economic hub based in Québec will also support the development of new links between the academic and business communities.
