Édouard Habib


A Phd candidate in law and innovation at the Université de Montréal, Édouard Habib specialized throughout his university career in legal, economic, ethical and bioethical governance techniques for medical innovations. After completing his studies in public and private health law in France, he obtained in 2018 the "Hub Health: Policies, organizations and law" (H-Pod) scholarship of excellence to study specifically the integration of medical innovations into health systems as well as the impact of precision medicine on society. In addition, he has been working for 1 year as a research officer in the socio-legal team of the cyberjustice laboratory where he participates in the development of algorithmic and technological tools aimed at improving legal systems in Canada and around the world.
