IVADO and Technovation are partnering to strengthen AI training for young girls
Montreal, December 11, 2024 – IVADO is pleased to announce a partnership with Technovation Montréal, a non-profit organization dedicated to developing technology and entrepreneurship skills in girls aged 8 to 18.
As part of this agreement, IVADO will play a key role in the Code with Me – AI initiative, which aims to introduce participants to the fundamentals of artificial intelligence (AI). The consortium will engage AI experts to develop introductory training tailored specifically for Technovation Montréal’s young female participants. Additionally, IVADO will provide pedagogical support to the initiative’s trainers, ensuring a high-quality learning experience.
Through this collaboration, IVADO and Technovation Montréal aim to serve groups traditionally underrepresented in the AI ecosystem, particularly young girls and women. The training programs are designed to enhance understanding and empower participants to navigate AI-powered tools confidently. By making AI learning accessible and engaging, the initiative promotes skill development, fosters meaningful exchanges among participants, and encourages the creation of innovative AI-integrated applications.
These workshops will cover a wide range of topics, from biomedical innovations to AI applications in video games, as well as marine life and everyday life. The goal is to inspire the next generation of technology entrepreneurs in a broad and impactful way.
