A Year of Growth and Collaboration: IVADO Presents Its 2023-2024 Impact Report

Montreal, February 27, 2025 – IVADO, the artificial intelligence consortium, is proud to unveil its 2023-2024 Impact Report, which provides a summary of the strategic advances, impact of initiatives and structuring projects that have shaped the past year.

Aligned with the R³AI vision, this annual review illustrates the scope of the projects deployed, the strengthening of strategic collaborations and the expansion of IVADO’s international relations, further reinforcing its role as a pillar of the Quebec and Canadian artificial intelligence ecosystem.

“In April 2023, we received a mandate from the Canada First Research Excellence Fund to carry out our proposed R³AI initiative, arguably the most ambitious AI project in Canada. Conceived before the advent of major language models, twenty months later, this plan to change AI paradigms to increase responsible adoption and foster scientific, technological and social innovation has gained consensus.  And we are working hard to make it a reality, aware of the need to draw on all fields of knowledge and involve all sectors of society.
