Four New Members Join IVADO’s Board of Directors

IVADO is proud to announce the appointment of four new members to its Board of Directors. These appointments enhance the range of expertise and viewpoints that help shape IVADO’s long-term vision and priorities.

  • Amanda Arciero, co-founder and Chief Operating Officer at Airudi, brings solid experience in strategic development and operational management in the field of AI applied to human resources management.
  • Julien Crowe, Senior Director of Artificial Intelligence at National Bank of Canada, brings a cross-functional perspective to the adoption of AI in complex, collaborative environments.
  • David Nanang, Vice-President of Science at the Canadian Food Inspection Agency (CFIA), enriches the board with his scientific expertise and commitment to innovation in the service of public, plant and animal health.
  • Jean-François Picard, Industrial Technology Advisor at NRC-IRAP, and founding member of the Quebec Aboriginal Science and Engineering Association (AQASI). His long-standing involvement in the valorization of aboriginal knowledge in science and technology is a valuable contribution to the commitment of IVADO and its R3AI project to First Peoples.

“The role of our Board of Directors is crucial in ensuring that our vision remains aligned with the needs of society and the ecosystems we serve. These new appointments testify to our determination to continue promoting governance that is inclusive, connected to the field and resolutely focused on impact,” said Luc Vinet, IVADO’s CEO.

As a strategic body, the Board of Directors ensures that IVADO’s major orientations are aligned with its mission, and that the organization is soundly governed. The term of the four new members will be three years.
