Alice joined IVADO in 2022, initially contributing to the development of artificial intelligence (AI) skills as a Training Project Manager, before moving into her current role as Advisor in Planning and Organizational Performance. Her atypical career path has taken her from the cultural and event sectors to the world of AI, via business process optimization—always with the same guiding thread: supporting projects that create value.

Today, she leverages her project management expertise to drive key initiatives: developing and deploying the strategic plan, implementing performance measurement and risk management frameworks, and leading continuous improvement projects. Curious and creative, Alice finds balance outside of work through her passions for swing dancing, running, and music.
