Ecosystem of Ethics, Governance and Responsibility: Towards a Future Artificial Intelligence for Mental Health

The adoption of artificial intelligence (AI) in mental health requires the development of trustworthy and responsible governance ecosystems. This project demystifies these interactions between Ethics, Law and Politics to discover reflexive, adaptive and collaborative modes of management and framing capable of responding to the complexities of AI in research and society. Through comparative science and experience in data management, this project seeks to advance the concept of governance to overcome the challenges surrounding the management of the Commons. Then, using these learnings, it will transfer them to a new legal model, integrating by default Science and Ethics with Law in the case of mental health.
