Hassane Alami’s work focuses on transformations and changes in healthcare organizations and systems, professional practices and the use/consumption of services, in the light of (re)emerging innovations and/or issues: so-called disruptive innovations (e.g. gene therapies, artificial intelligence and other digital health technologies), health crises (e.g. COVID-19, antimicrobial resistance, ecological transition).

Hassane Alami works on the strategic assessment of innovative and complex projects (e.g. governance, institutionalization, stakeholder dynamics, power issues, financing, among others): implementation, conditions for adoption and success, sustainability and scaling.
