Eliminating systemic barriers (equity), embracing diverse perspectives and experiences (diversity), and recognizing people and their contributions (inclusion) are essential to the adoption and development of robust, reasoning, and responsible artificial intelligence.
EDI at IVADO
IVADO has established an EDI Action Plan 2025–2030, which it implements in close collaboration with its academic, industry, and community partners. Through this plan, EDI principles are structured around 5 complementary pillars to advance the AI ecosystem:
1) methodology
2) talent pipelines
3) institutional culture
4) research practices
5) impact assessment.
